We practice what we preach by always being personally available to our customers. Invariably when an agent calls, there is a live person to speak to. Agents can easily speak to management or the president of the company who are personally involved in the day-to-day operations of CFC. Every agent whose clients’ policies we finance, is important to us regardless of his/her production or the amounts of the premiums we financed for them.

The name of our company speaks well of what we are all about. Many insureds and agents come in to our office personally and they are welcome. We endorse an open-door concept, where anyone can walk in and be courteously and efficiently assisted with no delay.

Since its inception, CFC has engaged solely in the financing of insurance policies. It is not associated with any other finance company, managing general agent, agent, or bank.
